Steps
-
Soak the fungus in water in advance.
-
Cover the meat with ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and cooking oil, cut off the celery, and slice the peppers.
-
After the pot is hot, cut the fat on the tenderloin into pieces and fry it in the pot. Don't fry it too dry. If it is fried, it will be oily residue. Then put the meat in the pot and stir-fry. Add a little salt, just a little, and the color will appear.
-
Add oil, heat it, add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add fungus, chili, celery, add 1 teaspoon of salt, stir-fry for a few times, stir-fry for a few more times before adding meat.
-
Add 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry for a few times, then add chopped green onions and serve.
