Chinese cabbage, shrimp, tofu soup
Overview
Chinese cabbage is one of the vegetables richest in vitamins and minerals. It provides material conditions to ensure the physiological needs of the body and helps enhance the body's immunity. Compared with fish and poultry, shrimp has less fat content and almost contains no animal sugar as an energy source. Tofu is a tonic, heat-clearing and health-preserving food. Thaw the shrimps and wash the ingredients

Cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the cabbage into sections, and mince the onion and ginger

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add in chopped green onion, ginger, tofu, shrimp and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes

Add the cabbage and cook for 1 minute, turn off the heat, sprinkle with white pepper and drizzle with a little sesame oil
