Pumpkin, glutinous rice and banana sticks
Overview
I didn’t know what to call it, so I came up with a long name, and I knew what it was made of at a glance. The pumpkins this year were so big that I couldn’t finish them all, so I thought of ways to cook them. This one seems to be very popular. The crispy skin, soft and glutinous texture, and the refreshing taste of bananas make it great for breakfast or as an afternoon snack!
