Chicken Steak Sandwich
Overview
I made my own Big Mac sandwich, removed the bones from the wings, and marinated it with barbecue sauce overnight. The grilled chicken cutlets are healthier than fried chicken steaks~ and the taste is not greasy. Served with various vegetables, it is quite a combination of Chinese and Western meaning~

Defrost the wing roots in advance and remove the bones.

Use the back of a knife to pat the meat loose.

Add 2g of salt, barbecue ingredients, ginger strips, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and dark soy sauce.

Mix well and marinate overnight, remember to turn over in between.

Coat the surface of the chicken with bread crumbs and place it on the baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, with upper and lower heat + hot air convection at 200 degrees, for 20 minutes.

Put the flour into the bread machine and add 1g of salt.

Place the sugar in a measuring cup.

Add 50ml of water and dissolve.

Pour liquid into flour.

Add the yeast. (I made the yeast myself, you can also use yeast powder directly.)

Start the first dough kneading process.

The film can be pulled out after the program is completed.

Add the softened butter at room temperature and start kneading the dough for the second time.

After the procedure, you can put on the hand mask.

Place in a warm place to ferment until doubled in size.

Take out the dough and deflate it.

Divide the dough into three pieces and let rest for 20 minutes.

Roll one out.

Fold both sides back and continue rolling out.

Roll it up from top to bottom, flatten the edges, and spray some water for better adhesion.

Make everything and put it in the toast box.

Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and put the toast box in for the second rise.

Ferment until 7 to 8 minutes full.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, with upper and lower heat + hot air convection at 180 degrees, for 45 to 50 minutes. Take out the baked toast and let it cool.

Prepare other ingredients, wash the lettuce; cut the cabbage into thin shreds and stir well with a little salad dressing and black pepper; take out the chicken; cut the toast into thin slices; cut the tofu into thin slices and fry lightly until golden brown on both sides.

Place the ingredients on the bread bit by bit and squeeze some tomato sauce.

Cover one layer at a time.
