The main ingredients are all here, a piece of meat, two vermicelli, one thousand pieces of vermicelli, three pieces of baby cabbage, garlic, and chives.

Cut Qianzhang into thin strips, cut the fine meat into shreds, boil the vermicelli and Qianzhang in boiling water. Don't blanch the vermicelli too soft, they need to be firm to taste. It only takes a few minutes to blanch Qianzhang.

Shred the baby cabbage, cut the chives into sections, flatten and chop the garlic and put it into a large basin.

Put a little more cooking oil in the iron pot, and when the oil is hot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked.

Pour the fried meat together with the remaining oil into the basin that was cut into shreds previously.

Put the blanched vermicelli and qianzhang into the basin.

Add light soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil, and then mix well with chopsticks. It will taste slightly sour. You can also add some coriander for a better taste. If you like spicy food, you can also add chili oil.
