Bean dregs and meatballs - non-fried air fryer version
Overview
My family uses tofu residue to make a lot of pasta, such as steamed buns, steamed cakes, and corn cakes. This time I tried to make meatballs and used an air fryer. They are nutritious and healthy and can be eaten with confidence.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add all the seasonings to the meat filling and stir
-
The bean dregs are filtered directly from the soy milk, so there is no need to squeeze out the water to prevent the filling from being too dry
-
Put directly into the stuffing
-
Beat evenly and finally add a little cooking oil
-
In order to put them into the baking basket at once, divide the meatballs first
-
At the same time, preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for about 3 minutes
-
Take out the frying basket and place the meatballs
-
The temperature remains unchanged and the timer is 15 minutes
-
You can flip it in the middle
-
I made 16, just enough to cover one layer. It seems that this pot is not suitable for stacking, as it will heat unevenly.
-
Serve on a plate
-
The meatballs are added with bean dregs and are not fried, so they are not greasy at all. It tastes a bit like chicken meatballs from an IKEA restaurant, except that the skin is not as crispy as fried ones
-
You can make more and freeze it in the refrigerator to make soup, stew cabbage and tofu, or even serve with stir-fries
