Overview
When I went to Guangdong in the spring, I ate Foshan rice rolls once. It tasted really delicious. As a northerner, I rarely eat rice, but this smooth and tender rice roll makes people love it. I remember that rice rolls accounted for a large part of the breakfast in Foshan, just like the pancakes and fruits in the north, which are as popular. However, the two delicacies only exist in the north and south, and there is no integration. It is really difficult to eat rice rolls from the south when you return to the north.
