Prepare the required ingredients: garlic seeds, cut green onions into sections, shred the onions, cut the peppers into sections, cleanly cut the bullfrog into cubes, and slice the potatoes.

Don’t heat the oil pan too much, add garlic seeds (otherwise they will burn)

Heat a separate pan and fry the bullfrog

After boiling, add a small spoonful of white wine (white wine is the best to remove the fishy smell) and simmer for a while, then add June fresh soy sauce (this seasoning can be adjusted according to personal preference)
