Slice the liver, then stir evenly with cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, white pepper, and cooking oil, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Boil water in a pot, add pork liver and cook until cooked.

Wash the green peppers and cut into sections.

Chop onions and garlic, and shred ginger.

Saute onion, ginger and garlic, add yellow sauce and pepper powder, stir-fry over low heat for 3 minutes.

Add pork liver and stir-fry evenly.

Add green pepper, add sugar and stir-fry until cooked.
