Soak fungus, peanuts and soybeans in water

Boil the pork skin until cooked and cut into shreds

Cabbage cut into sections

Mushrooms and fungus cut into small pieces

Carrots and tofu slices are also cut into slices

Put oil in the wok

Sauté chopped green onion until fragrant

Add all the remaining ingredients such as carrots, cabbage, and stir-fry

Add soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly, then cover the pot and simmer for a while. It will be ready after about 20 minutes. I prefer to eat this dish after it is left to dry and solidify. It is so delicious (because there is meat skin in it, it feels a bit like the meat skin is frozen after cooling)
