Overview
My family doesn’t eat dumplings very much. Because my husband doesn’t like to eat dumplings made by me, but likes dumplings made by my mother-in-law. So as long as the child says to eat, I will cook it for the child to eat. I just put whatever is left in the refrigerator. You can put it as you like😊

I don’t like the dumpling wrappers sold on the street. The noodles are cooked in advance.

Filling seasonings: one egg, one tablespoon of oil, one tablespoon of cooking wine, two small spoons of soy sauce, two small spoons of barbecue seasonings, and one tablespoon of sesame oil. For the meat filling, I used 4 lean and 6 fat shiitake mushrooms, a handful of enoki mushrooms, a few slices of carrots, a chopped green onion, and a piece of ginger. These are the remaining ingredients in my refrigerator. It would be a waste if you don't eat it and throw it away, so I made these assorted dumplings.

The water in the pot is boiling and the dumplings are put in quickly. After the dumplings are put in the pot, use a spoon to push them forward along the edge of the pot, so that the dumplings will not break or stick to the pot.

The firepower at home is small, so I boiled it for two times and then took it out of the pot. If the stove is very hot, cook it for a while longer.
