I have always liked peach cakes very much. I like its fragrant, crispy and crunchy texture. I can eat a lot in one sitting. I accidentally saw Teacher Fanfan’s recipe and copied one. It was so delicious. And the steps are super simple, come and try it

Put 65 grams of low flour on a baking sheet, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (the surface is slightly yellow) and let cool;

Butter softened;

Add the cooled cake flour, remaining cake flour, butter, corn oil, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt to the softened butter;

Rub it evenly with your hands;

Add egg liquid;

Knead it into a ball with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes (if you have walnuts, remember to add walnuts. Bake the walnuts in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes in advance and then let them cool before use);

Divide the dough into about 25 grams each, roll it into a round shape and place it on a baking sheet (not non-stick greased paper);

Flatten the dough with your hands, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle black sesame seeds on the surface;

Preheat the middle shelf of the oven at 180 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and cook for about 20 minutes (the temperature can be adjusted by yourself);
