Crab racing
Overview
This is a dish where the eggs take away the crab's rice bowl. If you want to eat crabs, it's not the best season to eat crabs. If you like crabs but don't want to eat crabs, you can take big mouthfuls of crab meat. Although some people will say that this trivial method looks more troublesome than eating crabs! But people who are allergic to crabs can finally enjoy their food without worrying about allergies. Maybe many friends like me don’t like ginger, but it is the collision of ginger and eggs that creates a wonderful taste reaction that produces the crab flavor. Ginger is no longer what it used to be, so please ignore its existence.

When the eggs are fried, a strong flavor of crab will come out. Plate it and enjoy! If you are using fresh scallops, do not throw away the scallop shells. Blanch them with boiling water. It will also have a unique feeling when used as a container to hold crabs! Cover the prepared crab with the remaining 1/3 egg yolk. It feels like crab roe and looks even better!

Pair it with some ginger vinegar sauce when eating, it tastes even better!
