Radish kimchi
Overview
I have never been a star-chaser. Unless the TV series is particularly to my taste, I usually have one channel at home, Central Twelve Pingdao Society and Law. I have loved watching criminal investigation films since I was a child. This channel talks about some legal-related things that really happen in society. I can also learn a lot of knowledge, or watch variety shows... like that one that is very popular this year. You who came from the stars, I didn’t feel anything at all, and I laughed at myself for being old, haha. Then I watched it after it became so popular that I watched it. After watching a few episodes, I really didn’t think there was much to watch, but I have always had a strong interest in Korean food. I bought a lot of recipes and I want to share a delicious dish with you today. I posted it to friends today and many people asked how to make it

This is shrimp paste. You can find it on Taobao in Korean supermarkets. It is used in many Korean cold dishes
-
Put the seasoning into the drained radish and add an appropriate amount of shrimp paste
-
Mix thoroughly with the seasonings
-
Put the pickled radish cubes into a clean bottle and marinate for about two days before eating
-
Radish kimchi is equivalent to dried radish kimchi, with a more tender and crisp texture. Because pear juice is added to this kimchi, the sweet and sour taste is stronger
