Ginger and red date tea

Autumn is crisp, and early winter is approaching. You can take some refreshments, drink some water, add some calories, and give your body more warmth.

Open the red dates and core them.

Wash the ginger without peeling it and pat it flat.

Put about 1/2 pot of water in a medium soup pot, add red dates and ginger, boil the water, reduce the heat and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

Remove the residue and add an appropriate amount of brown sugar. You can decide how much you want, or you can omit it. Tang Cheng!
