Overview
Northeast stew, also known as harvest dish. Known as a hodgepodge, it is a stew of beans, potatoes, melons, corn and other vegetables together with meat until cooked. Northeastern stew is simple and easy to cook, contains both meat and vegetables, rich in nutrients, and delicious and fragrant. It is a common home-cooked dish in Northeastern China.

Wash the beans and fold them into segments, cut the potatoes and melon into cubes, and cut the corn into cubes
