tomatoes, 1 wild rice root, peel off the leaves and skin (normally no need to peel)

Wash the mushrooms and remove the roots

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and cut the wild rice into thick slices

Shiitake mushrooms and king oyster mushroom slices

Heat oil in a pan, saute minced garlic until fragrant, add tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat

Fry the tomatoes until soft and release the juice, add the mushrooms and stir-fry

Add water

Add the meatballs (the meatballs were made yesterday and kept in the refrigerator, you can refer to the method of braised lion head meatballs), bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to medium to low heat and cook for 5 minutes, add wild rice, cook for 5 minutes, add salt two minutes before turning off the heat
