Tear the cabbage into small pieces with your hands, soak in water for five minutes, wash, remove and set aside

Slice garlic, cut pickled peppers and dried chilies into sections and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat until it is 50% hot, then sauté the Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant
