Carrot, corn and vegetable porridge
Overview
Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. Use radish to make porridge to nourish your stomach in winter, a light health-preserving porridge.

Peel and shred the radish, mix with rice, and add 3 times the amount of water

Cook in rice cooker for 1 hour.

Cut corn into kernels and set aside.

Pour the porridge into the cooking pot and stir constantly with a spatula.

Wash and chop snow pea sprouts and set aside.

Pour into the polenta, stir quickly for a few minutes, add a spoonful of salt, light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, mix well and serve
