  5. Place the plate with mushrooms and cod into a steamer with boiling water, steam over high heat for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and steam for two minutes without uncovering the lid. Sprinkle the previously chopped chives on the fish, heat a little boiling oil and pour it on the fish and mushrooms.
