Sixi Baked Gluten
Overview
Sixi Roast Braised Braised Glutinous Rice Bran is a traditional and classic Shanghai side dish that can be eaten cold or hot. It is red in color, slightly sweet in taste, and has a rich and mellow aroma. The combination with mushrooms, fungus, day lily, and peanuts adds a bit of nutrition.

Boil peanuts in water for 10 minutes

Soak roasted bran in water

Put the roasted bran that has been squeezed out of the water into a pot and cook for 5 minutes. Wash it in cold water and squeeze out the water

Cut into small pieces

Put peanut oil in the pot, add roasted bran, stir-fry until slightly brown, take it out and set aside

Leave the oil in the pot, add star anise, ginger slices and garlic slices and stir-fry

Pour in the fermented fungus, shiitake mushrooms, and day lily

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, and bring peanuts to a boil

Add roasted bran, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Drizzle a little sesame oil before serving
