Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Chili
Overview
Many people like to eat chili, some as the main dish and others as a side dish. There are also many varieties of peppers. If you like spicy food, you can choose thin strips and spicy peppers. If you don't like spicy food, you can choose round and plump green bell peppers. They are both very good. What I use here is the more common green pepper, which is medium in size and long, suitable for cutting into pepper rings. Vegetables are grown in my hometown village, and there is a vegetable field in front of my house. My mother will plant vegetables such as peppers, eggplants, and green onions in the field every year. My mother-in-law's family is more into spicy food and almost never enjoys spicy food. When the pepper harvest is good, this dish is served every day. Whether it is scrambled eggs or stir-fried shredded pork, it is a good meal. However, I like to cut the peppers vertically into shreds, but I like to cut them into circles horizontally, because the peppers are round and difficult to cut vertically, but easier to cut horizontally! Served with lean pork shreds, it's a little spicy, but it goes well with rice!

Every time I stir-fry this dish, it is quickly destroyed. The spicier it is, the better it goes with rice! If you don’t like spicy food or can’t eat spicy food, you can choose to stir-fry bell peppers, which are also delicious, but not as spicy as they are!
