Stir-fried beef with pickled beans

I haven’t bought beef for a long time, because the two kids didn’t seem very interested in buying it before, and the elderly don’t eat it. Recently, I wanted to buy it again. I bought it for 20 yuan and took it home. I couldn’t finish it in one meal, so I left half of it.

First, cut the beef into thin slices and marinate it with starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. The photo was actually deleted😅, prepare some ginger and garlic.

Pickles are ready. I pickled the fresh beans that I couldn't finish last summer. I used a mineral water bottle when pickling, a small bottle, one bottle per meal, and I cut the bottle directly when frying.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the pickled beans and stir-fry.

Stir fry quickly until the beef changes color. Because the sour beans themselves are salty when marinated, and the soy sauce and oyster sauce when marinating the beef are salty enough, so there is no need to add salt.
