Overview
(Baidu) Mushroom and rapeseed is a traditional famous dish of the Han people in Jiangsu and belongs to Huaiyang cuisine. Home-cooked dishes using mushrooms and rapeseed as the main ingredients are full of color, flavor and nutritional value. Mushroom and rapeseed is a classic home-cooked dish. Today I cut the mushrooms into slices and it looks more appealing to the children.

Prepare washed fresh mushrooms and rapeseed
