Sautéed Beef and Potatoes

This braised potato and beef dish with soy sauce is my family's favorite dish to warm up the body and serve as a meal. The combination of the rich sauce aroma and beef aroma will make your body full of energy and not afraid of the cold.

Prepare the raw materials;

Cut carrots and potatoes into hob pieces;

Soak the cut potato pieces in cold water for 20 minutes;

Cut the beef brisket into pieces, blanch it in a pot under cold water and take it out;

Put the blanched beef into the electric pressure cooker, add the green onion slices, ginger slices and stew meat ingredients, then pour in hot water. The amount of hot water should cover the beef, cover the pressure cooker and start stewing;

Pour cooking oil into the wok, add soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant;

Then add the chopped potatoes and carrot pieces and stir-fry;

Pour in the stewed beef, potatoes and carrots and simmer until cooked through, then add salt to taste.
