Stir-fried beef
Overview
This time when I got home, my boyfriend ate beef made by his mother. He asked her for advice on why the beef he fried was very old and dead. My mother said that you should try cutting it into shreds and frying it. So my boyfriend was very excited when he came back, clamoring to eat beef and practice it himself.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First chop the chili, garlic, and ginger and set aside. (The shapes of chili peppers, garlic slices, ginger slices, etc. can be cut according to your own preferences)
-
Cut the beef into thin strips;
-
Heat up the oil in the pan. Pour in an appropriate amount of oil, not too much. The oil must be hot and then add chopped chili pepper, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir-fry constantly;
-
When the color changes, add half a spoonful of salt and continue to stir-fry until the peppers are fragrant. Serve on a plate and set aside. The peppers do not need to be fried until they are 7 to 8 minutes cooked. When added to the dish, they need to be slightly fried, so they do not need to be fully cooked;
-
Cut the beef into shreds, pour a little more oil into the pot, pour in the shredded beef and stir-fry while the oil is hot;
-
After color changes, pour a little beer (or cooking wine, rice wine), appropriate amount of salt, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce and stir-fry continuously;
-
When the beer is almost dry, pour in the above chili ingredients;
-
Stir evenly and serve.
