Yogurt crispy bread
Overview
Crispy bottom buns, also called Korean steamed buns, were once popular on the streets. This delicious little bread can be easily made at home. This time I used yogurt to make the dough, which makes the baked bread taste more fragrant and softer.

Add yogurt, eggs, refined salt, sugar and corn oil in sequence in the bucket of the bread machine,

Then add high-gluten flour and yeast powder,
