Peel the chicken legs, soak the mushrooms and wash the green peppers.

Cut the winter bamboo shoots into pieces, remove the bones from the chicken legs and cut them into pieces, remove the stems from the green peppers and cut them into pieces.

Boil water in a pot and blanch winter bamboo shoots, then remove and drain.

Put oil in the pot, add sugar, and simmer over low heat until the sugar color becomes bubbles.

Put oil in the pot and fry the ginger slices until fragrant.
