aniseed, 3 small slices of ginger, 2 small sections of green onion, 5 small sections of dried chili, and 1 tsp of cooking wine.

Add a few drops of fresh soy sauce, a little salt, add an appropriate amount of small crispy pork, and add warm boiling water.

Steam the pressure cooker for 15 to 20 minutes.

After steaming, remove the ingredients and sprinkle with coriander.
