Authentic braised eggs
Overview
I couldn't get enough of the braised eggs in the supermarket, so I racked my brains every day and finally one day I made something amazingly delicious. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself. The picture below is a picture after soaking for one night. It is best to soak for one more day and one night, the effect will be better.

Then add water, just enough to cover the eggs, then add two tablespoons of light soy sauce, one and a half tablespoons of brown sugar, and salt, cook over high heat for five minutes with the lid on, then turn to medium heat and cook with the lid on for another fifteen minutes.
