Air fryer version of grilled lamb chops

The usage rate of the air fryer is not very high. Because it is not commonly used, I don’t even think about it. Yesterday, I found a pack of lamb chops from the refrigerator and planned to make it into a delicious meal. I thought about how to make it better. Since I don’t eat mutton very often, I decided to grill it. I don’t need an electric grill or an oven, so I just used an air fryer. So I found the air fryer and made this grilled lamb chops. Take out the frozen lamb chops and defrost them. (Half used)

Cut the lamb chops into pieces with a knife

Prepare all the ingredients, including colored peppers, onions, green onions, potatoes, almonds, dried cherry tomatoes, lettuce cores, coriander, and garlic.

Condiments: corn starch, high-strength white wine, pork rib sauce, Zhuhou sauce, white sugar

All vegetables, except for bell peppers and lettuce, are cut into small pieces.

Pour oil into a pan and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Stir-fry garlic until golden brown and set aside.

Take a glass bowl and put f auxiliary ingredients into the bowl. At the same time, put the spareribs sauce, column sauce and other condiments into the bowl

Then put the lamb chops into a bowl and mix well to taste. Find a fresh-keeping bag, pour the food in step 10 into the bag, and gently rub it with your hands to help absorb the flavor. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

Use the bell pepper cutting knife to chop the almonds and cherry tomatoes. Used as a plate.

Preheat air frying to 160° for 5 minutes.

Take out the marinated lamb chops, remove the marinated ingredients, and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil on the lamb chops.

Then put the lamb chops into the roasting pan.

Air fryer at 160°, timer for 15 minutes, take out and turn once in the middle. If the roasting is not done properly, increase the heat for a few minutes.
