Overview
The croquettes made by my mother are delicious regardless of whether they are meat or vegetarian. This time while she is staying at my house, I will quickly learn to make them and save them for later use!

Boil the vermicelli in boiling water until there is no dry core

Shred the white radish, cook, drain and twist

Put the cooked vermicelli, chopped radish, chopped green onion and ginger, salt, dark soy sauce, pepper oil, five-spice powder, and sweet potato starch in a basin.

Add slightly hot water and mix well.

After mixing well, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for several dozen minutes until there are no dry starch lumps.

Crush the prepared tofu, steamed buns and meat cubes together.

Mix all ingredients well.

Use a spoon and your hands to form into round balls.

The oil temperature should not be too high. Fry until it floats and forms a crust on the surface when picked up with chopsticks.
