Overview
The fried rice noodles are for three people. One rice noodle for each person. One bowl of seaweed soup to complete the meal. There is also a recipe for how to make seaweed soup and it can be done in one minute

Materials are ready

Blanch the rice noodles in hot water and put them in a basin. Shake them out so they don't clump together

Prepare a small bowl, put salt, MSG, chicken essence and fish sauce into the bowl, add boiling water, mix well and set aside
