Preparation: Local Chinese cabbage, tender and sweet.

Soak and clean, cut into sections with a knife, and prepare some minced garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.

After cutting, add some salt and add shrimp skin powder to add freshness (my family doesn’t eat chicken powder seasoning, and shrimp skin powder is more delicious).

Stir well and serve.
