Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare raw materials and molds
-
Soak raisins in warm water for ten minutes in advance
-
Drain the soaked raisins and chop them into small pieces. Cut each raisin into three pieces, but don’t break it too much
-
Mix corn oil, egg liquid and fine sugar and stir well
-
Sift the flour and baking powder and mix, add sesame raisins
-
Mix all the ingredients and knead into dough
-
Divide the dough into 25g pieces, about 18 pieces
-
Use a 50g mooncake mold to press it into shape. If you don't have a mold, you can round it by hand and flatten it. If there is still egg liquid left, brush a layer of egg liquid on the cake. It will be crispier when baked. You don't need to brush it, so that the pressed pattern will not be blurred.
-
Place in the preheated oven, middle rack, upper and lower heat. 160°, 15 minutes. Adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven temperament. I stay by the oven for about 13 minutes to color, then turn off the heat, and then simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes, so that the texture is crispier
