Steps
-
I use 50 grams of black sesame seeds, 25 grams of glutinous rice flour, and 25 grams of brown sugar. You can adjust it according to your own taste. The 25 grams here is on the lighter side! You can also get about 30 grams of walnuts (30 grams of walnuts here are a bit stronger in taste) and you can adjust it according to your own taste
-
Wash the black sesame seeds and drain the water, put them in the oven at 150 degrees, and bake them for about 10 minutes (the aroma will come out). You can also bake walnut kernels in the same way! After roasting, put the black sesame seeds and walnuts into a food blender and grind into powder
-
Put the glutinous rice flour into a dry pot and stir-fry over low heat until the color turns yellow and set aside
-
Mix the fried glutinous rice flour, beaten black sesame powder, walnut powder, and sugar with boiling water to make walnut and black sesame paste. The thickness of the sesame paste can be adjusted by adding boiling water according to personal preference! If you don’t have walnuts, you don’t have to add them, just make black sesame paste
