Bake a plate of salty biscuits for spring outing-scallion biscuits
Overview
We have been looking forward to and looking forward to spring quietly coming to us. The warm sunshine, budding flowers, green rice fields, and patches of rapeseed flowers... all attract us to go out of the house to welcome this beautiful spring. Last weekend, we originally made an appointment with a friend and his family to go on a spring outing. We bought a tent for this purpose, but unexpectedly we had to cancel it due to an impromptu meeting. Fortunately, it was a sunny day last weekend. This time, I decided to go out suddenly and had no idea who to invite. I went as a family, bringing a tent and food. His father brought a book, ready to sleep in the warm sunshine and read a book. I brought a camera to take some beautiful photos of my son in this spring. Spring outings are always indispensable without snacks, and baking a plate of cakes is actually a wonderful thing. My husband doesn’t like sweets very much, and since cakes and breads are all sweet, I thought of baking some salty cookies. In fact, I have wanted to bake this salty biscuit for a long time. I made one for my mother and baby, their favorite. I have also been thinking about making one for my husband. I have been delayed by this and that, so I will make it together this time. In addition, on weekdays, it is only in the evening when we are at work that we can actually sit down and have a meal together as a family. The first thing we do when we get home every night before cooking is to see if there is anything to eat at home and eat some first. My husband and I are like this, so we baked four large plates of salted pancakes this time, and we can save some for when we come back from get off work in the evening. This scallion biscuit is also my baby’s favorite. I don’t know if it’s because of our influence that my son seems to have a special appetite for salty things. After playing for a while on weekdays, my mother would give him the cookies from the cookie bag on the dining table, and he seemed to remember the location. One day after dinner, the little guy was playing alone on the mat.
