Kung Pao Chicken
Overview
Random version of Kung Pao Chicken haha, I don’t like chicken breast, so I made it with chicken legs. I happened to have chicken legs, carrots, cucumbers, and peanuts in the refrigerator, so I made this dish. It tasted good for the first time. I am a lazy person and the dishes I cook are all relatively simple. I am too lazy to learn or cook anything that is too complicated!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Saute the peanuts over low heat until fragrant and set aside.
-
Peel and dice the chicken legs, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly, add an egg and stir and add some flour. (I have three chicken legs here, you can add eggs and flour or not)
-
Chop the ginger, garlic, and pepper, dice the carrots and cucumbers, stir-fry until cooked and set aside. (Because I don’t like eating raw carrots and cucumbers, I cooked them first. Friends who like crispy food don’t need to cook them. I used cucumbers if I didn’t have cucumbers at home)
-
Add sesame oil to the pot, turn on medium heat, fry the chicken, then add ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry slowly.
-
When the chicken turns slightly brown, add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and carrots and stir-fry.
-
Finally, add the peanuts, stir and it’s ready to serve!

Picture of the finished product (the appearance is still very good. My family said that I wanted to eat it just by looking at it. After eating it, they said it was okay and asked me to make it next time)
