Wash the ingredients.

Cut the asparagus into sections, cut the yellow and red peppers into pieces, cut the white mushrooms into sections, cut the green onions into sections, and smash the garlic into flat pieces.

First, drain the white jade mushrooms and asparagus into water separately, pick them up and set aside.

Heat oil in a hot pan.

Sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add the yellow pepper cubes and red pepper cubes and stir-fry for one minute until cooked through.
