Overview
This rice is called yellow rice in China and nasikuling in Indonesia. If you can’t find turmeric, you can go to the supermarket to buy ground dry turmeric powder

A piece of turmeric, juiced or chopped

Add oil and heat 70%

Sauté turmeric

Rice needs to be soaked for 2 to 3 hours so that it cooks easily

Add the soaked rice and stir-fry. Keep stir-frying as others may burn easily. Stir-fry until all the color of the turmeric is absorbed by the rice

Add the washed coconut juice. Note that the coconut meat needs to be washed with water. If it is used after the residue is used

Pour the prepared coconut milk into the rice pot

As long as the rice is almost mature
