  1. Wash and cut the vegetables into cubes; dice the onions and slice the garlic cloves and mushrooms; marinate the pork belly with a little salt, cooking wine and starch for 15 minutes to add flavor.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
