A great twist on summer leftovers—simple sushi
Overview
I found some leftovers in the refrigerator this morning, leftovers from last night. I took it out and heated it up, made sushi, paired it with blueberries, and added a glass of milk. Apart from the unhealthy leftovers, it was also a relatively nutritious breakfast.

First beat the eggs and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and spread the eggs into eggshells.

Cut egg peels, carrots, ham sausage, and cucumber into long strips and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of sushi vinegar into the rice (sushi vinegar: vinegar + sugar, adjust according to personal preference)

Prepare a sheet of seaweed.

Spread the rice on the seaweed, leaving some space around it.

Place ham sausage, carrots, cucumbers, and egg skins on the rice, and then spread an appropriate amount of meat floss.

Roll up with sushi curtain.

Just cut into small pieces with a knife.
