Pork and coriander dumplings
Overview
Dad likes to cook food very much. When he was young, he didn’t cook much. Now he loves to think about it especially when he is old. For example, this pork and coriander dumpling is what dad told me. He has a small vegetable garden at home and grows it himself. He uses the freshest ingredients and the food he makes is very delicious. For many years, I have had a habit of calling my father every two or three days. I often exchange delicious food with my father on the phone. I also try my best to prepare all the kitchen appliances for him, so that my father likes to cook more. My mother often smiles and tells me that she is so lucky now that she doesn’t have to go to the kitchen in person. Dad is rushing to cook every day.
