Sweet and sour lotus root strips
Overview
Lotus root is cool in nature, so it is most suitable to be eaten in summer. Most of it is eaten cold or stir-fried. You don’t have to eat fish or meat to eat sweet and sour food... This time I changed to stir-fried sweet and sour lotus root strips, which taste sweet and sour, appetizing and very crisp! The method is simple and easy to use~
