German beer braised chicken wings
Overview
My son's good classmate went to Germany to study after graduating from high school. During his years abroad, whenever he visited another city or country, he would never forget to send his son a postcard or other unique souvenir from that country. Every year when I go back to China during the Christmas holiday, I will certainly never forget to bring some foreign gifts to my young man. They are always Belgian chocolates and some candies, biscuits and other convenient food. At the end of last year, I brought back customized beer and sausages from the German 2016 World Cup. My son usually doesn’t smoke and doesn’t drink much, so I finished eating the sausages first and then kept the beer lying around at home to sleep. Isn’t it a pity? Haha: After asking for his opinion, I used one of the cans of beer and made this dish~ Beer Braised Chicken Wings, without adding any water during the entire cooking process. Personally, I feel that German beer is more bitter than Chinese beer, and I was a little worried that the guy wouldn't accept it at first. Alas: a few chicken wings were gone as soon as it was served, and I only heard people tell me: Today's chicken wings taste great and delicious~~~
