Preparation: pig heart, lean meat.

Lotus seeds, lilies, yam, longan, red dates, Polygonatum odorifera, Gastrodia elata.

Wolfberry (need to be added last).

Cut the pig heart and lean meat into thick slices, put it into a pot of boiling water, add ginger, and blanch it in cooking wine for 10 minutes, then take it out, clean it, and prepare two slices of ginger.

Rinse the soup and put it into the stew pot with other ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Simmer over water for an hour and a half.

When the time is up, you can skim off the fat on the surface of the stewed soup to make it healthier.
