For fruits that are eaten with their skins, such as oranges and apples, rub the skin with salt and rinse with water.

Peel the skinless fruits such as oranges and longans to get the flesh. If you are afraid of bitterness, you can peel off the orange veins on the orange segments and remove the longan core or not.
