Mini pot helmet
Overview
Four years ago, I never bought a pound of flour throughout the year because I ate very little pasta, almost none at all. Now there are four types of flours always available at home: high-gluten flour, bread flour, all-purpose flour, and low-gluten flour. Haha, what a huge change! I fell in love with pasta because my husband complained every day after coming to Suzhou that he had no rice noodles, so I had no choice but to try making steamed buns to change his habit of eating rice noodles to pasta. Making steamed buns is a summary. Because the steamed buns are exquisite and delicious, my husband also eats them with relish. My friend even encouraged me to open a shop specializing in handmade steamed buns. Now, I am still exploring and I believe that I will make more and more exquisite pasta. Although I have never been to the Northwest, the food there, especially the pasta, always makes me want to make it again, so all kinds of pasta often end up on my dining table inadvertently, such as this mini Guokui.
