Umeboshi stew
Overview
I wanted to eat the dried vegetable stew made by my mother, so I stewed the dried prunes and pork belly I bought. It still tasted the same as my mother's. Ingredients: 450 grams of pork belly, 50 grams of prunes. Ingredients: ginger, green onions, 5 grams of rock sugar, star anise, cumin, cinnamon, bay leaves, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and refined salt.

Soak the prunes.

Cut the pork belly into pieces, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and mix well.
