Prepare materials

After buying crayfish, put them in water for half a day

Brush your belly clean with a toothbrush

Cut off shrimp claws and legs

Break off the middle piece of the shrimp tail and pull out the shrimp thread

After everything is processed, wash the crayfish in clean water, cut the peppers and green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and smash the garlic
